  14-day Dead of Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If the product(s) you received is damaged/incorrect/not working properly, this guarantee will provide you with service in exchange or refund. Please contact our Customer Service agent or send us email to provide following information:

1. The order number and product(s) number

2. Photos or videos of product(s) showing the details

3. Photo of shipping label and information on the original packaging bag

4. Details in description of your issue.

Your application of return&refund will be reviewed and we will contact you if more information is required. If the application is approved, we will arrange a exchange of partial refund of the defective product(s). We will deal with defective product(s) through exchange or partial refund. If you are dissatisfied with the purchased product(s), please do not hesitate to contact with us since our customer service agents will provide you with complete solution.

 

Note: If you receive the item(s) which you do not satisfied with the color/quality/style/fabric of the product(s), please contact our customer service agent in timely manner!


  60-day conditional return guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, and the product(s) is in a new condition, we can arrange a partial refund which will cover the price of the product(s) (NOT included shipping fees). You will be RESPONSIBLE for paying the shipping fee of return. If the product(s) is damaged or worn, please refer to our 14 days Dead of Arrival (DOA) Guarantee.The returned package should contain the main product(s) and all accessories, which should be intact.

Cancellation warranty

If you want to cancel an order or change the product(s) that has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has exceeded the expected delivery time and has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and apply for the refund request. Fee will be automatically returned to your payment account within 5 working days. Orders that have already been processed CANNOT be canceled.
