Policy of Return
We sincerely hope that you enjoy our products, and we hope that each product can bring you with happy experience. If the product(s) is not suitable for you, we will solve the problems in a reasonable way. We encourage you to conduct a comprehensive inspection in a timely manner after receiving the package and ensure that the item(s) is your choice. If you want to apply for the exchange/return request, please make sure that your product is intact. This means that the product(s) can be resold as normal product with the original packaging. It is required the product(s) with no any damage or deformation, stains, and has not been used. The original receipt or invoice should be attached in the packaging.
How to return a DOA (dead on arrival) item?
For item(s) which is incomplete/damaged at the time can be returned. Please contact us within 14 days after received your package(s) and follow the procedure of 14-day product guarantee. Please include all accessories in the returned package, such as clothing accessories, decorations, and attached item(s). Please noticed that product(s) with accessories or outfits need to be returned after collecting the accessories and clothes. If accessories/components are missing, we will ask you to pay. All the return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
60 days conditional return policy
Within 60 days of receiving the products, if the product you purchased is excellent and without damage, we can arrange a partial refund for you. Since the value of the product will decline over time, we provide a partial refund for some product(s) which returned within 60 days after delivery. The refund will cover the price of the product(s) (excluding shipping fees). If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 14 Days Product Guarantee or the warranty of its category. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in brand new condition.
No refund or replacement request(s) will be accepted after 60 days you sign for delivery. Please contact our customer agents for detail information.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect Package or Missing Items:
*If the item(s) we shipped to you are defective/damaged/improperly transported, you can change the selection between partial/full refunds or replacement (excluding accessories). For missing item(s) which is stock products, we will arrange re-shipment for you. Otherwise you will receive refund.
*If you found the item(s) was damaged during shipping process, you must provide a "proof of damage" document issued by the shipping company, which must be included in the returned package.
*Before returning defective product(s), please contact us for the shipping address and for other instructions. If you do not notify us in advance, Dressale will not be responsible for the returned goods.
How do I return the item(s) which I don’t like?
Dressale wishes you will be satisfied with every items, but in some cases, you may wish to return the product(s). If you really want to return the product, please click the following link to contact our customer service agent for assistance. If you are confirmed that you want to return the product(s), please contact us.
The following are important suggestions and notes:
1. Please keep all packaging information and shipping instructions/number, which are necessary to deal with your return request;
2. After sending back the product(s) for return/replacement, please provide us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; otherwise, we need to wait until the product(s) had received by warehouse.
3. The refund will be arranged according to the payment method you used when placing the order. All service charges and shipping fees will be covered by the customer;
4. You can refuse to receive/sign the package if you find the package(s) is damaged or opened. Accepting the damaged packages may affect your return request;
5. If you want to avoid paying high imports taxes on returned packages, please avoid the following courier services, such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.
6. We will arrange a refund or replacement of the product(s) after receiving the defective product(s).
7. Please attach the following information on a piece of paper with the returned package (this will expedite the processing for your return/replacement request):
1) Order number
2) ID, name and quantity of the product (s)
3) A short description of reason for return/replacement.
8. If you refuse to deliver the package due to import taxes, you are responsible for all costs of returning the product(s) to us.
1. After your return/replacement request is approved, our customer agent will provide you with a returned address (not company's address or package address).
2. Please send the item(s) back to the returned address as soon as possible, and please provide us the tracking number.
3. The returned product(s) must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. All returned product(s) will be inspected. When we confirm that the product(s) has the problem you mentioned, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
4. We reserve the right not to process the refund if your return request is not approved or the product(s) returned is not acceptable.
5. It is recommended that you use the local postal service in order to provide tracking information and customs forms for returning item(s). After receiving your package, we will start processing your return request, which may take 3-5 working days. We will contact you and provide the refund service after the completion of the return request. Limitation in Returns
Please contact us directly for a solution according to your case. We will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it to.
Items that accept to be returned/refunded/exchanged within 60 days of receiving must meet the following :
1. Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival.
2. The received size/color of item(s) is incorrect with your order information.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 60 days of receiving.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 60 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Items under the following categories: Bodysuits, Sleepwear, Swimwear,Underwear, Lingerie,
Jewelry, and Accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). These items are not covered by the warranty for hygiene reasons.
In the apparel industry, there will be very small differences in size between brands and manufacturers. So please check the size chart clearly before placing an order.
If we have shipped you the wrong size incorrectly, we will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable).
If you chose the wrong size, Dressale will offer an exchange or refund for you, but please note that the shipping fees are at your expense.
Returned items without Return Policy will not be accepted.
