What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
We offer return for global customers. We accept returns within 60 days from the date the package is signed.
Upon your return request is verified by customer service, Please follow the steps below:
1. Sign to your personal account.
2. Choose the order in “My Orders”, click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return. Please do provide a comment on reason for return. Submit it.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Please contact with the post office to arrange a package collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
